Bartlett High School’s Panther Playhouse presents Trap by Stephen Gregg. This production runs from October 24-27 at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center.
You won’t want to miss this suspenseful drama that chronicles an incomprehensible event: every person in the audience of a high school play falls unconscious--every person but one. Using interviews with witnesses, loved ones, first responders, and the investigators pursuing the case, the Panther Playhouse brings the story of the strange event to life, documentary-style. But as the strands weave together into an increasingly dangerous web, it becomes clear that this phenomenon might not be entirely in the past. Unnerving, exhilarating, and wildly inventive, you've never walked into anything quite like Trap. This production stars Shy’Kira Allen, Elizabeth Bennett, Sarah Cornelison, Zaria Crawford, Aubree Farrell, Riya Golden, Cameron Hubbard, Kelsi Kramer, Joe Kusmierz, Maranda Mays, Erin McKee, Meg McVay, Audrey Miller, Josh Morrow, Taina Pardo, Lucas Rayborn, Eddie Schauwecker, Ella Sego, Jack Smrt, Ben Sutton, Amara Trammell, Loren Watson, Kaelyn White, Anna Wright, Katlyn Young. This production is directed by Kirie Walz with Chris Steele as the assistant director, and Kevin Rogers as the technical director. The Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center is located at 3663 Appling Rd, Memphis, TN 38133. Tickets will go on sale October 4th. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.bhspantherplayhouse.org or at the door. For more information, please contact [email protected]. |
