Frozen Audition Information
Auditions are open to BHS students currently enrolled in a performing arts class at BHS or 9th grade academy(theatre, choir, orchestra, band, and forensics).
Frozen is directed by Kirie Walz; Music Directed by Matthew Hayner; Choreographed by Cheyenne Dyer
Performance dates will be February 26-March 6, 2027. Rehearsals will begin November 9th, and are typically held Monday-Friday after school until 5:30pm. Some Saturdays and Sundays will be required as noted on the rehearsal schedule. There will be no rehearsals over Thanksgiving or Winter Break.

Audition Schedule
Vocal Auditions - Monday, November 2nd 2:30-5:30pm - BHS Choir Room F115 *MANDATORY*
Students must sing one of the audition songs listed below. No acapella auditions. Accompaniment tracks will be provided for the audition. Auditionees will sign up for a specific audition slot. You only need to attend during your specified time. If interested in a specific role, please sing that character's song.
Movement Auditions - Tuesday, November 3rd 2:30-5:00pm - BHS Auditorium *MANDATORY*
All auditionees will be asked to participate in a basic movement audition. A video will be provided in advance. Students should learn the combination before attending. In addition to the movement audition, a second optional combination will be posted for advanced dancers. This combination should be learned in advance by auditionees with dance experience.
All students should wear solid color clothes they are comfortable moving in. Jazz shoes or tennis shoes are required. Please no jeans, skirts, crocs, or sandals. Bare feet or sock feet will not be allowed.
Acting Callbacks - Wednesday, November 4th 2:30-4:30pm BHS Auditorium *INVITATION ONLY*
Auditionees will be invited to acting callbacks if being considered for a speaking role. Acting sides or additional song cuttings will be communicated as needed.
