Bartlett Theatre and Forensics Boosters
The BTFB is thrilled to host the Snowflake Ball this year for students at Bartlett High School. Please see rules and expectations below!

In order to promote a healthy, safe and enjoyable evening for all students, the following procedures are in place for dances. All parents and students must read, understand and sign this agreement prior to ticket purchase. Should a student violate any of these guidelines, he/she will be instructed to leave the dance. This contract serves as the first and final warning. Any further violations will result in removal from the dance. Should a student be removed from the dance, there will be no refunds.
Ticket Policy
1. A dance contract must be completed and signed prior to purchasing tickets.
2. Students must have their ticket receipt in order to be admitted to the dance.
3. No refunds will be given to students who do not show up, are not allowed to enter due to improper behavior or dress or are removed from the dance for behavior.
4. Students must be under the age of 21 years old to attend.
5. Students are responsible for their guests at all times and may be disciplined for the actions of their guests.
6. Rules of conduct and dress code apply to a guest.
Dress Code: SEMI-FORMAL ATTIRE IS EXPECTED
1. Dresses may be strapless (if they fit properly) or include spaghetti straps.
2. Dresses may be backless, as long as they are not cut below the naval.
3. Dresses or skirts must be no higher than 4 inches above the knee.
4. Dresses may not have a slit that exceeds mid-thigh
5. Cut-outs must be modest (no cut-outs below naval) NO MIDRIFF BARING GOWNS
6.. Undergarments should not be visible.
7. See-through apparel is not permitted.
8. Garments may not have designs/logos that promote drinking, drug use, or sexual/lewd conduct.
9. Jeans are prohibited, and pants must be worn at the waist.
10.You must wear shoes at all times.
*As of 9/23/21, students must wear a mask. A customized mask will be provided upon entry. We will update attendees with any changes to county policy, if applicable.
If you are bringing a date from another school, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Even though in the past, dress attire that did not meet these criteria may have been admitted, these criteria will be strictly adhered to beginning this year.

3. Drugs, alcohol, and profanity is prohibited. If a student is found to be under the influence or in possession of drugs, alcohol and/or tobacco, he/she will be removed from the dance, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
4. No one leaving the dance will be re-admitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
